Studies report mixed results and are not clear. Has anyone had good results in treating memory improvement ot memory loss?

Yes, it definitely works. I've been using it for months now and I'm very pleased with the results. It took a couple of weeks before I noticed, but my memory is sharper and my thoughts are clearer. Here's a neat article on Ginkgo (not ginko) Biloba:

I really don't believe enough time has passed to see if people who use Ginko Biloba see long term effects on their improving memory. They SAY it works, but then again, "they" are the people who are trying to sell you their product.

I could put out a bottle of sugar pills and say that they will give you the power to tell what happens in the future... and SOMEONE will believe it's true, so they will buy it. Over time, if there are improvements of memories, then we can answer this more positively. Until then, I'd say no until proven otherwise.
