First of all, "Rag?" are you not mature enough to say period or menstruating. And to answer your question Normally, you cannot impregnate a woman during her period, but it has happened before.

when a girl is on her period her body is gettiing rid of egg, so its very rare that a girl get pregnant while shes on her period,because it'd be hard for sperm to find an egg. although very rare, it CAN happen. hope this helps! :D

very uncommon, but not impossible. it has happened. why aren't you using protection anyway? especially when it's THAT time of the month.
