i dont know what to do ... i want him to know that i like him.. because then maybe he will like me back, but at the same time i dont think that he would ever because hes older then me and he may think that im just nothing to himm... and we work together

Well, you can go on wishing and hoping, or you can be direct enough to ask if you could have a coffee together. That way, there is little pressure.
Then again, at my age, I agonize over the asking, also. Let's face it. In the end, If we wanna know, it's worth asking.

age has no bearing on a guy liking you or disliking you. 21/2 years difference is nice.

As long as you're both 'of age'...age is just a number...it doesn't matter who's holder and how much. Trust me. If you like each other that's all that matters.

you sound like you're being to hard on yourself. he's only two yrs. older than you! he could very well have feelilngs for you too. and since you work with him, but you're to afraid to ask him yourself, have someone casually find out for you. I really hope things work out for you!
