Where is the fuse for the heater blower?

98 ford contour...heater blower doesn't work or turn signals but hazards do? please help!!

bottom of dash next to steering wheel left side behind little cover that pulls out\off

Under the dash or kickpanel on the drivers side. Also one in the engine bay.

look in the engine bay theres a fuse panel with large fuses which are more than likely theres a relay you might have it checked to see if it needs to be changed. you can have them checked at places like autozone or pep boys or someplace like that.
