I've noticed when I hit the switch to adjust the driver's seat, my overhead light flickers and I can't adjust the seat. Does this mean that my car battery is low and it is causing my seat problems?

If the engine is not running when this happens, then yes it can be your battery. But if the engine is running, the battery has nothing to do with your [power accessories. The alternator takes over this job. You may have a bad power seat motor just pulling a heavy drain on your electrical system.
good luck..........

You should be starting your car before you do anything. Everything without the car running is using your battery.

Yes, it could. It sounds like it's time to get a new battery, and you might have to have your alternator checked too.
