Supposedly those chemicals don't cross the placenta, but many medical experts will err on the side of caution and say NOT to use them during the first trimester while the baby's vital organs are forming. After that, she should be free to use it as long as she's following the guidelines specified on the package.

erica5172,
This is Chihuahua Magic, if you listed a contact I would notify you directly.
I owe you an apology, I tend to get carried away about unskilled dog breeding. I am very sorry I offended you, It was concern for the dog, and not an attempt to be rude.
I will TRY to temper my answers with a little more concern for the owners. Again, I am sorry.

Her legs should be fine, but I would stay away from the bikini area. It probably won't hurt the baby, but everything down there will be super sensitive now, so the cream might feel like it burns.

The biggest thing she will probably have to worry about is her skin being sensitive during pregnancy and resulting in a rash.

I used it when I was pregnant. I asked the dr first and he said it was fine....as long as used on the legs and no where else.
