Hi,
Good direct question, boy I like this! Okay there are several places mentioned within the pages of the Bible. A few are:
Mathew: 25:44
Jude: 1:7
Revelation: 21:8
There are a lot more referrances in Johns writings within the Book of Revelation.
I also highly reccomend a piece that I found unbiased and well written by: Ron Wyatt from 1995, in a piece called simply: Angels-
If you do not think that the biblical referrances are enough 4 U; go to: a Wikipedia Project search to find this particular piece. Keep inquiring; as I truly believe; YOU will formulate the relationship w/ life.

Check Revelation Satan has not yet been sent there, he has been cast out of heaven, and is for the moment in charge of the earth. Ezekiel 28:13 - 23:18 tells of Satans fall from grace.

Satan never went to hell...he was cast down to earth in the Revelation 12:12

PS
There is not such thing as hell it's a horrible device that was used to scare pagans into Christianity.
The bible says the wage sin pays is death so if we die and are then tortured for eternity that would be unjust b/c we've all ready paid God back for our sinful life and God is always just. Read the bible yourself and come to your own conclusion b/c not everything you are taught from the pulpit is condoned by the bible.
