Please Answer this thoroughly : What is a NHS Junior Corresponding Secretary?
I know they're the person who corresponds and/ or writes letters...What exactly is that? What are they writting about?
For example, I know a Recording Secretary records who attended the meeting... I've seen that! But can someone please explain my question... :) Thnx

Recording Secretaries also write down the "minutes" of the meeting (exactly what was covered and who said what or volunteered for what project)

A Corresponding Sec. is in charge of all contact with outside organizations. Writing press releases to send to newspapers and publications, official requests to school officials and writing letters to other clubs for joint project proposals are some of the duties of a Corresponding Secretary
