Depends on what particular toxins you are looking to flush. One of the best digestive tract cleansers is Psyllium Husk Capsules fortified with Acidophillus with a big glass of water (as they expand and push through the tract). You can get them in any health food store. ( Do this every night for a couple of weeks. If its a drug test you are trying to beat and it's only Marijuana, then Golden Seal Root Tea is the best answer. Good Luck.

It's really none of our business if you trying to pass a drug test, but "The liquid stuff" is the best way to clean your system. You can get it at the vitamin shop or GNC stores. It's expensive though. Good luck on your test. Whatever it may be for.

If you don't want everybody to know what your doing. Go to the store and get a box of Certo ( it's in the jello aisle) and a gallon of cranberry juice mix it all and chug it. you might have to pinch your nose but it will work. Just don't do it if you gotta go somewhere soon. A cup of Vinegar and a gallon of water helps. Vinegar cleans out your kidneys. In the end the best thing is time and water. But I used something from the head shop when I joined the Marines.
