pc phone call?

make pc call get a prompt menu click 1 or click 3 or what ever i punch in the number it doesn't work where or how do i punch the numbers in such as a credit card number. thanh's

where did you punch the number? I assume that its the keypad and not the screen.

Some VoIP software that lets you make phone call, have some timing problem, like when you need to enter an extension number during the call, if you enter the number using they keyboard or keypad, it will not recognize, if you use mouse and tap on the screen keypad too slow, it will also not work properly.

Try using the mouse and make it quick in tapping the number.
