Something Happened close to my city and things have got to change.
There was a female (Lab Collie cross) that was beaten beyond belief....I mean beyond belief...don’t think about it, I’m not sure, what these guys are going to get by law.
In our perspective.... a dog gets put down if its attacks or bites a human

I just can't stand hearing about animal abuse. I just don't get it!!!!!!!

We can only deal with those guys as far as the law of the land allows it..
The punishment for animal cruelty varies from country to country and state to state.
The maximum those guys can get may be verbal reprisal only because 1) the police might not catch the perps 2) not prove which one did the maximum damage 3) they might plead guilty and agree to community service etc in exchange for no record of the incident at all
Remember that song "Bless the beasts and the children, for in this world, they have no voice"
well- I hope that karma will work in this case. And dont forget divine and universal justice.

My answer is B. Anyone that would do that to an animal would do it to a human being. That is far from normal behavior.

If people in the U.S. were punished fairly for their crimes it would be a better, safer place to live. We need monumental changes here. That is only one reason I say we need two presidents. One for domestic issues and one for foreign issues. One president and one cabinet cannot handle all of it and it shows more and more.

Everyone deserves a fair trial, even the assholes.

I hope that they get years in jail and some psychological help, they obviously need it.

Neutrality ability you may manage the two combatants in a conflict the two. as a result, in basic terms a represents neutrality. Why no longer the others? b - representatives could be sent, to communicate/intrude in the conflict c - conserving the electorate of a impartial u . s . a . could intervene with the intentions of a minimum of between the combatant countries d - could in basic terms practice neutrality in case you bought weapons to the two countries

I hate people that do that, personally psychologists have said if they can do it to an animal their next step is doing it to a human.
