The "Lord of the Rings" trilogy - I have always loved Tolkien's books, and I thought Peter Jackson and cast/crew did a splendid job of capturing the atmosphere of Middle-Earth.
Right behind these wonderful movies would be the "Spider-Man" movies - I really liked the job Tobey Maguire did in presenting Peter Parker on the screen.

Casablanca---Romance, intrigue, great song (As Time Goes By), Great actors, Humphrey Bogart, Ingrid Bergman, Peter Lorre, Paul Heinreid, Claude Rains, etc. What's not to like?
