Identify the thesis statment....?

In the following paragraph, what do you think is the thesis statment?? And what do you think the next paragraph may be about???

Henry Ford once stated “Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.” In today’s society working in teams in inevitable, and conflict is bound to arise. Although conflict may not always be bad, the way in which conflict is handled can make the difference between an efficient team and an inefficient team. Identifying the different types of conflict is one of the first steps in preventing or resolving the conflict.

I think that the thesis statement is the last sentence. This is the subject of the whole paper. The paper would continue to elaborate on the different types of conflicts and how these different types of conflicts can be prevented or resolved. Each paragraph would elaborate a different point. The sections of the paper would be divided up into the introduction,section 1 types of conflict, section 2 preventing conflict, and section 3 resolving conflict, with the final portion of the paper being the conclusion.

To me, the right answer would be the 2nd sentence.

I think the second and third sentence both serve together as a thesis statement.

You should always start your essay by saying stuff like "People have been teaching since the year x, when we taught each other how to y." Then include a bit mre detail and say what you will be talking about in the paper. Say what you're going to say. (Intro) Say it. (Body) Say it again. (Conclusion)
