It is not a question of fair or not. It is a question if it is legal or not. There is a legal way to obtain a wire tap, through either the normal legal channels. Or through the FISA court, which can be done after the wire tap is completed. Or illegally, just do it. The follow up question to this is; Was it legal for the major phone companies to turn over all of their phone records to the NSA? That is a major breach of privacy. I personally have nothing to hide, but the NSA does not need to know that I called my ex-girlfriend on Aug 2 and talked to her for 20 minutes.

It is FAIR (not fare) if done legally.... That is you follow the laws and proceedure that say you can wire tap somebody.

I think I can answer this.....***** LIFE ISNT FAIR. DO YOU THINK IT WAS FAIR THAT I LOST A HAND FOR NO GOOD REASON. DO YOU THINK ITS FAIR THAT EVERY COMFORT HUMANITY HAS IS IN DIRECT OPPOSITE OF THEIR BEST INTEREST. Sometimes we have to do certain things to catch the people that want to cut off your pretty face and feed it to you. So we see fit to racially profile the people who want to hijack planes we see fit to wiretapp people. If Im put in charge wiretaps will be accepted as status quo. And we'll have barcodes branded onto peoples faces and tracking chips implanted in everyone.
