vertebrael wastes consists of dead blood cells and other body cells, fiber or cellulose which the body can't digest, and urea, excess nutrients the body doesn't need, fats or proteins that can't be digested, etc.

basically, anything you eat or makes up your body, not counting minerals like iron, calcium, sodium, magnesium, etc.
