Why do people judge me on my looks? I'm not pretty, I would rather be ugly and considered clever than pretty and dumb! What are your views on this? Thanks.

Craptacular videos that one shouldn't waste their time on: 10) The Hottie and the Nottie- Paris Hilton is action picture poison 9) toddler Geniuses 2- What the hell became Hollywood thinking? 8) From Justin to Kelly- they only gained a instruct and that they made a action picture? Wow, how desperate became that? 7) youthful Einstein- Australia could fairly re-examine their perspectives on humor 6) conflict celebrity Earth- i'm confident extraterrestrial beings exist and watched this crap thinking, wow! 5) Catwoman- Halle Berry warm! tale Sucked substantial donkey dink!!! 4) Monkey Bone- Brandon Fraiser do exactly the mummy flicks each little thing else has sucked!! 3) Forgetting Sarah Marshell- at the beginning, over rated, Aprow videos could decelerate and re-examine their 3 final videos that have been all mess united states2) Leonard area 6/Ghostdad- the two bill Cosby videos that have been dreaded a million) Drop ineffective Fred- Why? Plain and clever is boring. And sometimes these type of people arent people persons. I know this girl who thinks she is so clever and I cannot stand her because she has no personality besides thinking she is right all the time. Anyway this girl has no friends and I think it is because no one likes a know it all.
Anywho I think that being labelled a certain way should not matter. I think I am pretty but I dont think I am dumb. I know I am clever but I dont think I am right all the time. I dont care what people think I am because I already am comfortable with who I am.

Well - I would hate to be stupid, but I would hate to be ugly too - I think regardless of weather you are ugly or pretty or clever or dumb someone will love you - besides, it beauty really is in the eye of the beholder...
Mind you, I can think of my ugly but clever friends who would give up some brain cells to be beautiful - but I don't think my more obviously beautiful friends would give up their looks to be more intelligent. You can get a lot of benefits from being attractive (although that is not necessarily right) - and sometimes those benefits outweigh being intelligent.
Oh, and a pretty person can always learn but a ugly person....would need serious surgery.

In my forty two years I have found the clever women to offer more in a relationship than pretty and dumb. Pretty and dumb after a short time looses its appeal. A relationship with a clever, smart woman has so much more substance to offer. Conversations with pretty and dumb are void of any great interaction. I want a woman with her own ideas, expressions, and input in the relationship. Dumb is not for me!!

I think plain and clever. Being pretty and dumb is what the gross, dumb, stereotypical, and (ok) hot guys think. But who wants that kinda guy? I'm one of the smartest kids in my GRADE and I'm fairly pretty, and I know that a lot of people are friends with me still, through thick and thin. Who says you have to be ugly to be smart? If you're really smart, you'll be able to balance being pretty as well.

thats a really hard one. I would prefer clever and pretty. But if i have to choose. I think plain (okay cute looking) and clever. I could probably grow onto her and love her
for pretty and dumb. It would be great to have a pretty attractive girlfriend. Men do want a candy eye. in the long run in the relationship. I would have many stupid unlogical conversation which would lead to a break up.

Well you seem pretty and clever to me.
But in answer to your question, I'd rather be plain and clever. You can't buy intelligence, but these days you can buy your looks and there is always makeup and hairstyles and different clothes to enhance your appearance. Take care : )

I really don't think it makes that much difference
If a person is plain and clever she will always find an interest of one thing or another in life ,and that in itself makes her an interesting person .Whereas a pretty but dumb person doesn't have the ability to know any thing else so they are happy in their ignorance of life

plain and clever because a clever person can figure out ways to become pretty, and then have the best of both, also you're very pretty, and probably smart (i dont know you personally so i cant say for fact one way or the other) people are gonna think what they're gonna think so dont let it bother you, you know you're intelligent so go and be successful in life and show them that you're made of more than just looks :P

Dumb people are usually happier so it's better to be pretty.
