Several things could be going on. Without more details, I can't really say specificly. But I can offer possibilities.
1)You could be mildly dehydrated. Try drinking more water: That won't hurt in any case.
2)You could need to eat. For a while, I didn't like I should- and I was tired and dizzy all the time.
3)You could have trouble with your blood pressure. I'm inclined to think that it could be low.
4)There might be trouble with your heart. Enough said.
5) You might be diabetic. This is somewhat related to possibility #3.
If food and water don't fix you, see a doctor: Anything else could be dangerous, or potentially fatal.
Good luck!

Well I wish you would have given more info, like how long it's been happening, when it happens, how long it lasts, etc.. I was having the same thing a while back, I would have severe spells of dizziness, and weakness, and nausea... It would last a few minutes to a whole day.. I couldn't drive, walk, eat.... I would lose my memory, and so on.... I finally went to the ER to find that I had a chemical imbalance, it was PANIC DISORDER... And if untreated will only get worse.. Lexapo, zoloft, xanax really help... Hope this gives you some ideas for help...

A lot of reasons for being tired...but dizzy too?Perhaps low blood pressure, or you have the flu.See a doctor, and really find out.
