The top two are easy but the bottom four are impossible!

You HAVE to lose weight. Lose Fat. You can do 1000 sit ups a day and it WILL NOT HELP if it is hidden under a layer of fat.

Run, cycle, swim, ANYTHING to burn calories. Eat right. Eat 5-6 small meals a day to boost your metabolism.

DNA or "family genes" has NOTHING to do with it. ANYONE can get a six pack. See web page below for great tips.

well i got a 4 pack really easy but i havnt gotten the last 2 yet lol but i do a lot of sports and do stretches and weights quite a lot

but the funny thing is i havnt even been trying for a 6 pack at all but still managed to get a 4 lol my 4 pack have just appeared over time from working out a lot i mainly want muscle in my legs and arms for the sports i play

Pretty much almost everyone has a six pack, just for most people its covered in fat. burn it off and it will show. As for me, i seem to have the opposite situation......i got my bottom two but i cant get my top four.

You may not have the DNA for a 6-pack. Very few people do.

do running or swimming or sit ups to burn fat then u can find ur last two packs

just do sit ups every day 15 or more thats how i did
