I sense that you have had a loss in power and you tried to correct the situation by changing your sensor and catalytic converter, but no improvements, there are three things that makes a car function properly, spark ,gas and compression, check and verify that you have all three of these functions, whichever is lacking you could rectify as needed,my suspicion is in your ignition and spark delivery ,check that you wires to the spark plugs are working properly, sometimes your wires start good but after a while you lose power from defective, spark delivery,I suggest you check in this area first,I hope that you can resolve your problem and my input can be of help.

Check cap and rotor if equipped, run some fuel injector cleaner through it, check your Mass Airflow sensor at the intake ( even small debris in it can screw up the signal)

Saturn's suck get a Toyota or a Honda. I've never known anybody to have a saturn that didn't run like a hunk of junk.
