I am very toned,muscular and skinny but I can never work my inner thighs right near the top of my legs well enough to get rid of extra fat and get them toned? I know a lot of teenagers go through this and I am also asking on behalf of them.... Any hints, tricks or excersizes?

I am 115 pounds and I am muscual and have very strong legs... i am an athlete... I think I started getting it when I started peuberty. I don't want to lose weight anywhere else or I'll be weak during my training sessions and I know that I have a lot of muscle underneath the fat. I'm probably being silly because I'm only fourteen but I want to stay in top shape. I won't go to body wraps or go on gruelling starvation diets because I will probably pass out. Let me know if you have any more ideas thanks for your support.

You say you are toned and skinny yet are concerned with a little pudge at the top of the thighs on the inside. Your generation is not at peace with themselves. You have the highest percentage of anorexic and bulimic population of any past generation.

Anyone who cares about you will tell you IF you are in good shape one little pudge spot on each inner leg will not matter. They like you or love you with it. Perfection of body is neurotic. Stars do not concern themselves with details of that nature. They are photo'd at their best angles. They wear very sheer nylons with their short legged costumes which act like a type of girdle over the leg, enhancing their overall look. Off stage or screen with friends and family, they do not worry about it. They, too, are toned and as slender as it is healthy to be - but members of your generation known as "stars," have been more neurotic about this than ever was seen in the past.

Lack of peace about ourselves and elevating the body to the absolute CENTER of your interest and fears means you do not OWN your SELF. Begin finding your worth and value beyond the body. FOCUS on that at all times. If you feel emptiness, lack, not measuring up - find out why. Delve into and question your Self about that. Work at finding the answers. Then work at reversing the damages - not to your body, but to your spirit.

Body fetish is at an all time high. Have you questioned your Self about that? Have you questioned your peers for helping to cause it? Women looking muscular is the mark of your times. It's different. Does it really look attractive? Not to my eyes. Why do we see it so differently?

How are you doing in the department of loving-ness, integrity, responsibility, achievement outside of the body, and helpfulness?

Lastly, who is going to look at your two pudge spots and reject you for it? Yourself? I think so.

You need to work out on a leg machine at your local gym that targets that specific area. It is called an adductor/abductor machine. It targets your thighs, inside and out. Cardio is also good if you are flabby but if you are just wanting to tone, I suggest the machine. If you dont have access to a machine squats and lunges are a great substitute! Make sure to use weights as you progress.

Do some time, and it wont wanna bypass far, placed it down slow and then do it back. you could speed it up slightly and do like 20 of them. you need to sense that section burning (your inner thigh) then lay on your authentic aspect and do a similar with the right leg. also, you could upload walking and cardio to burn fat. strong success.

Bike riding really works the inner thighs (either on a real bike or an exercise bike). Another exercise is to lie on your side, and lift the lower leg upward while resting a five or ten pound weight on it.

Sign-up for your schools Track team! By the end of the season your inner thighs will be much thinner!!!

Squats and Plie's. Do them everyday with no breaks in between so that your muscles don't have a chance to rest. This allows fat to burn away from those areas instead of muscles forming there.
