You may want to look in the Add/Remove programs to see if it is there. Install the driver, go to Add/Remove programs and uninstalll it from there. Or else, if the sofware came with an uninstall program you can uninstall it using that program. Your problem could also be with Windows Installer. Try upgrading the Windows Installer program from microsoft site. Then try installing the driver for the printer. Deleting drivers using the device manager will not work if you have upgraded the driver.because the old driver will still be there. You cannot rollback printer drivers.

go to start, then click all programs. Keep the list up, scroll down until you see Lexmark or printers, slide mouse over to uninstall and it'll do the rest, just watch for your boxes & click the continues,ok,etc until its done.

To find the driver, click on control panel then my computer,on the drives do a right click & see if it'll show which drive you're lookn for.
...And I removed mine by going to system restore & restored back before I'd installed my printer & clicked a bold letter date before I'd installed, & it uninstalled for me.
when you are clicking into these places, look at top & see if it has tools & will give help there.
When you start to reinstall it, go to control panel, & click on printers & faxes & start there.
Good Luck !!

go to your control panel and click on the add/remove button and then scroll down to the lexmark printer series and click on the change/remove button on the right hand side. It will remove it completely from your computer. All you may end up haveing to remove is any shortcuts on the desktops.
