Hi. In order to get to another star system a satellite has to be traveling faster than the escape velocity of the Sun. There are four doing so right now. 2 of the Pioneers and 2 of the Voyagers.

There has never been a mission to an object outside our solar system. However as mentioned above. There are un-manned space craft now exiting the sun's heliopause or the extent of the suns influence on the planets which expands far outside the planetary rings.

If you mean other objects from our solar system, more than I can remember. Today there is one on it's way to Mercury, one at Venus, four orbiters and two rovers at Mars, one at Saturn, one on it's way to asteroids Ceres and Vesta, one on it's way to Pluto and one in a polar orbit around the sun. We're also still talking to Voyagers 1 and 2 which are outside the solar system.
