I need to know the name of a cartoon that was based around 2 girl music bands. I know one of them was called The Misfits. I also remember a main character being named Gem. Help I need a title.

the misfits is the only one i can think of too. jem was the main character in misfits. they either lived or worked for the star light foundation(i think). can you think of any more details about the other, that might help me remember.
