I need ideas on what famous female celebrity I should be for a Halloween party. I need something that would fit me & wouldn't be too expensive to pull off. I'm short, skinny, have long light brown hair, blue eyes, & have light skin. Any ideas??

Black Eyeliner and false black eyelashes. Large black hat with a large white ribbon. Beige trenchcoat, white large collar blouse, black pencil skirt, do your hair up in a french twist, wear a tiara and a long cigarette holder. Wahla!
