First of all, Scott who? Never heard of the guy.
Secondly, did he predict that 12 million Iraqis would vote in the elections, even though the insurgents were threatening their lives?
Did he predict the Iraqis kissing American soldiers when one of the statues of Hussein in Baghdad was torn down?
Did he predict all the pictures of Iraqis holding up thank you signs? In English?
I could continue, but...what's the point?
Look, war isn't pretty. No one is FOR war unless they're nuts. When it comes down to it, everyone is anti-war.
Only difference between so-called "cons" and "libs" is that sometimes, the conservatives feel that war is necessary, and they're willing to give the order.
Of course, in the case of THIS war, liberal Democrats voted for it as well...
