Yes, you can copy PlayStation game disc and play with a Mod Chip which you can buy here http://www.modchip.com you don`t no emulator.

you definitely copy a PlayStation game, but it won't run on a PlayStation unless you install a mod chip first.
the burned copy will work, however, in a PlayStation emulator. epsxe or psX are some good ones.

you have to get an emulator (which is expensive, illegal, and hard to find). To install the emulator in your pc and then burn the disc it takes a lot of effort. your better off just buying a game

You can purchase mod chips from the internet. They come with instructions on how to do. Try to stay away from the ones where you need a sodering iron to put it in.
