Sounds like you ate some bad sushi or something. Take some Immodium, it should clear up on it's own.

could be anything, could be nothing. first you want to try nothing by mouth for about 4-6 hours. This gives the stomach a chance to settle down. Go then to clear liquid's, such as water, seven up, Gator Aide with half water, weak tea. NO Dairy Products!!!! Do this for 12 hours.

Then you can start a bland diet, bananas, toast, oatmeal, jello and the such. Do this for about 12 hours.

Then you can slowly begin to add foods to your diet, but nothing hot and spicy just yet. If you are having a stomach virus, it must work its way thru your system. If you take Imodium, it may slow the diarrhea down, but until you cleans out that stomach virus, you still have a problem.

Give the Brat diet a try, and if afterwords you still have an issue, THEN its time to go see the doctor.

Remember, lots of water to keep you from dehydrating.

Gurgling sounds are normal with diarrhea. You can get diarrhea from eating something or drinking something. Or if you are sick. Take good ol Pep-to Bismol or Imodium I think it is called. drink lots of fluids like Gatorade for electrolytes to prevent dehydration. Be careful with juices - apple will make it worse or any fiber. If you continue to have a problem for more then 2 or 3 days call your Dr. Also make sure you are getting enough potassium.

Hope you feel better

It is probably just a virus going around. So take some pepto bismal and if that doesn't help wait a day; if after a day you still have diarrhea you need to go to the doctor. Be sure to drink a lot of water so you don't become dehydrated

Are you running a fever? Do you have pain anywhere in your stomach or intestines? Has this been going on longer than 3 days? Is there blood mixed in your bowel movement?

If the answer to any of these questions is yes, you probably need to see a doctor ASAP.

Otherwise, you may just have a stomach bug. Do you taste eggs or a sulfur-like taste when you belch? That's a sure sign of a stomach virus.

In the meantime, be sure to drink plenty of fluids, preferably low-sugar content beverages (water, clear juices, diet soda), stick to bland foods (oatmeal, crackers, broths or broth-based soups) and rest. If it continues, if you get dizzy and/or weak, or if you have any of the problems I mentioned in the first part (blood, fever, etc) go see a doctor ASAP.

Been there, done that. Try eating some yogurt. Not into yogurt? Try picking up some acidophilus pills at any drug store and taking them daily. Mine was caused by a lack of healthy bacteria in my intestines. Also, fiber tablets. I know, you think they are going to make it worse, but the weird thing with fiber is, if you have diarrhea, it'll make your stool solid. If it's too solid, it'll soften it up for you. That's a very serious answer. If it doesn't help, see your doctor. Dysentery is a very serious disease caused by infection that can potentially lead to death. Take it seriously. Better safe than sorry.

Get some Pepto-Bismal or Kaopectate and take it if you want. Your problem? Too much laxative food, an emotional upset, your body trying to get rid of a virus or food disagreeing with you. Eat some white rice and cooked carrots, they help in cases of diarrhea. And...get well soon!

You might have ate something that was contaminated. The best thing you can do is let it run it's course...your body is trying to get rid of something and if you stop it then the bug is just going to fester in you. I'd go to the doc if you've had it from more than 3 days though. Drinks plenty of water (you might want to add a pinch of salt with it also)...Hope you feel better soon

thats gas. it may hurt a little bit too but it will pass. the process the feces will go through when passing through your intestines is call parastalsis. think of a package of 5 gumballs and you press your thumb down behind one to push it out of the wrapper. that is what your muscles are doing to your intestines and that is the process of parastalsis. while this is occuring there are spots in your intestines that just have air in them hence the gurgling sounds. later on you will fart and that will be the final gurgle.

Upset stomach maybe you have eaten something thats off or infected, i suggest flat lemonade as it tastes sweet and calms the tummy or water after a day or so on this try dry toast if no improvement after 3 days go to the docs as you will be losing the salts out of your body that the body needs
Get well soon

something you ate is not agreeing with you....if you have a fever then its the flu. Take some Imodium....just one is all it takes. Think about what you ate 8 to 12 hrs ago....if i were you i wouldn't eat it again, just to be on the safe side
