Sometimes when you have nosebleeds, you have high blood pressure. You might want to check into that if this continues.

Almost never, thank goodness. I hope you're doing better! It could be that the air is really dry, or that something irritated the lining in your nose.

During extreme times of heat and when its spring because im allergic to pollen but it seemed to stop happening for some reason.

I haven't had for for a long time but my son gets them quiet frequently because the air is so dry.
