In general, if you notice any changes in your belly during that time it'll resemble PMS bloating. It may even go away and then come back in a couple of weeks.

Some women start experiencing nausea and breast tenderness very early after conception, but I think at this point you're too early to suffer too much from those.

As others have said if you feel anything at 3 weeks it may be bloating. As your body may not have a period it will still sometimes "fake" the symptoms of pms.

Other than that most at 3 weeks of pregnancy don't have any symptoms, meaning the stomach doesn't start getting bigger. You may not see any changes until the end of the 2nd month of pregnancy possibly 3rd month of pregnancy.

I didn't start showing really until the 4th month.

It's pretty rare to feel symptoms that early, and most women wouldn't even know they're pregnant at 3 weeks. With both pregnancies I started feeling symptoms at 7 wks, but every woman is different.

There are many symptoms from the moment of conception - aching, nausea, faintness... I am TTC right now and am about 2 weeks and waiting until it's time to check. Sometimes I feel "the symptoms" other times I think it is all in my head becasue I want to conceive so badly!

It will still be as normal as you were when you weren't pregnant. Morning sickness might be setting in at this point. And sore breasts.
