I usually say hello as well as good morning and ask how their evening or weekend was. Today I gave my boss a balloon bouquet for Boss's Day too. I think it is important to treat others as you would like to be treated.

Hello because there is never a good morning. And if they insist on saying good morning I train them not to by replying says who.

I don't say anything I'm too grouchy in the morning; I just snarl when they say anything to me.

i say good morning im awake enough to say so otherwise when they say goodmorning i just sort of grunt back at them. and put my hand up in the air. i hardly take the effort to wave it though.
