Could this be thread worms - they come down the intestine at night to feed and this seems to be the feeling as my child told me. Check when he goes to toilet and if small white (like bits of thread) are there you need to get treatment from doc.... and follow huge hygiene procedures ie. bathing in morning first thing, washing all bedding every day etc etc etc.
May be piles as it can be caused by constipation or a fissure - which is a small tear in the rectum. Prob best to get checked out. Good luck.

Might be pinworms. After he goes to sleep, check his rectum with a flashlight and see if there are tiny white worms. I am not joking. They are real and come out at night. They itch and sometimes cause a tummy ache. The pediatrician will give you two pills for weavh member of the family. Sfter the first pill, the poop will be white with dead worms and the second just clears the system. Sounds like worms to me.

It could be piles, but really unlikely. Sounds more to me like an infection. Have you changed laundry soaps? His diet maybe? The perineal area in both males and females is a playground for bacteria and it only takes one to stir up such a fuss. As for the discomfort, try having him rub a little Bag Balm around the affected area. I use it all the time on my daughters bum when she gets a rash or sore. You usually find this in drug stores or animal feed, (yes animal feed), stores. It comes in a green tin and is originally used for cows, but works great on humans. Been using it for years...doesnt smell great but honestly it works.

I see your factor yet in addition they dont p.c. little ones to get poisioned. i might think of you would be greater involved with that than wether you may get thrift save outfits. Im particular that the mothers and fathers of babies you acquire unwell because of the fact of lead needed that something like this might have been performed to circumvent it. earlier truthfully everyone gets mad at me for asserting this I do save at thrift shops and Im no longer the richest individual. yet one individual above suggested issues like freecycle is a great thank you to get outfits and storage revenues. I easily dont think of they're going to ban human beings from having a storage sale that doesnt have a variety of machines.

Wait till he is asleep then look. It could be worms, if it is , you will see cotton like threads around the Area. But the doctor will confirm exactly what it is.
