According to psychological research, the desire for romantic love is even stronger than that of sexual desire as we can all see from these answers... Everyone seems to say, "I'll do anything for love, even die," which is true. When you will sacrifise more of yourself and not worry about how you are sacrificing more than the other person, that is when you know. You never give up, because love is a test of your mind. The more optimistic one person is, the better their love life is.

True love is something that can not be explained. It is something that is felt between a person toward something. By saying something, that can be a person, an animal, a material possesion, or even a thought. Love is something that is usually like a roller coaster in most peoples world. There are great times when you are at the top. There are bad times when you are at the bottom. And there are even times when you are so confused with what is going on you are in a loop of emotion.
Love is not something that can bve at first site. You have to learn to love. If you have met someone and they ask you do you beleive in love at first site, run. You can learn to love anything based on the characteristics that they portray.
There are things that I would not do for love, but that is all a situation by situation basis.
As far as giving up, you give up when your heart tells you to. You do not need to do anything to force that decision, you will just know.
I hope this helped.

True love is When you know that no matter what this person does, they'll always have a place in your heart.
I wouldn't do anything that would harm myself for "true love"
Wait for it? Like haveing a crush on someone? let them know your interested, but don't become obsessed with them. Keep the lines of communications open.
Never sit around and let a man become your life. Do your own thing and if they care for you they'll come to you.
If your in a relationship, theres an old saying about a buterfly. Something about letting it free and if its ment to be it'll come back to you. But in a relationship, you gotta give it time. It's a bumpy ride, but it usually evens out.

Honey, here is a piece of advice from the heart : don't look for love, let love look for you. don't give up, just wait and let it find you. My defintion of true love is what comes from the heart, its an unconditional love. It's the type of love that will last from years to come when you think it won't. I can promise to you that somebody is looking for you, but you just don't know it yet. That's what my mother used to tell me, just wait it will come to you. And when it comes you will feel it in your heart as well.

Wanting to be with someone all the time, making them smile and enjoying each others company, respecting each other - as for is there anything you woudnt do - well if my husband asked me to have sex with another man in front of him for example, is that really true love in the first place - so all in all you just should know if its true love everything feels so right

True Love........To me, is the first time you feel a flutter, a kick and the growing feeling when your body is stretched. The first time you see her face, touch her skin, hold hands and gaze at all the little expressions she makes. To hear the sounds of her cry and laughter and to feel the warmth of her tiny body snuggle next to you. True Love is the birth of your own child that is always and forever unconditional.

True Love is an absolutely unselfish giving of yourself to another person. It is not a feeling but an action that you work on continually.

true love is something unexpected magical and wonderful...sometimes overwhelming. sometimes it hurts and it stinks, but it always turns out for the best! true love is like a drug, something you cannot resist or turn away for too long. true love is when your heart beats faster and your body tingles when they're around. true love is when the world is in turmoil, but you are totally content because you have your lover there right by your side. when your life is chaos and your stressed and fatigued, he/she makes everything blow away and you are happy again.

True Love
I feel you in my heart
with every breath I take.
I smell your scent of happiness
in every morning we awake.
I touch your smooth and tender face
with every chance l get.
The feeling of your presence
makes me happy, we met.
I know everything, but nothing about you
and I love you in so many wonderful ways.
My heart knows when you’re near me
and it knows when you’re away.
It doesn’t matter what you look like
neither tall, short, skinny or fat.
Your skin is soft without color
and hair as smooth as a cat.
My love for you will never change
and you will always be on my mind.
I wish you could see what I see
from the heart of one who’s blind.
