Math teachers have no sense of humor so humor or even self deprivating sarcasm will not help.

I'd ask why you do not have an online text. It can not be left at school. Ask your MATH teacher to get with the 21st century, printed books are so 90's.

I'm a science teacher!!

Go with the backpack idea.

. . . and if you didn’t know, now you do . . .

Write notes on your hand or on a piece of paper and hang the notes in your locker. You might try also keeping all your math homework in just one binder and having the homework due tomorrow in the front of your binder. You might also want to consider getting a planner to help you remember stuff.

Hope this helps! :-)

Keep a planner to write assignments on during the day. It works for me.

You could say something along the line that you LIKE her or HIM so much that you are determined to stay in her or his class as long as possible, hence you refuse to remember to bring your homework home let alone do it

Here is what you tell your teacher: "I don't care about doing my homework, because, I prefer to live, and raise my children, on the welfare system".
