milky white? no, at least it never did with me. When I was ovulating or in my most fertile period, my cervical mucus was always clear and very stringy...like the stuff you pull off the egg white after busting it open...

While every woman is different, the creamy mucus you mentioned would usually occur just before and/or just after the egg white mucus. The creamy mucus is more "tacky" than the egg white mucus. Both can leave you with a feeling of wetness. As you get older, you may have less fertile days, so you might miss seeing it. But if you have intercourse every other day during the possible fertile days, you can still get pregnant. Avoid cold medications and drink lots of fluids, eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. This can help.
