I told my friend I would help her plan a baby shower for another friend and she told me to plan a game and she was supposed to call me to help plan it. I never got an invitation I was just told when and then she never called me to plan it and I completly MISSED the baby shower. I feel so stupid now since I told the girl having the baby I was helping and excited for it. What do I do now and what do I say to the girl that never called to let me help plan it. Well the one having the child should undrstand completly what happened if u explain u were never contacted. Just go over with a lil gift and expalin. As for ur other friend ..don't go in there thinking she dissed ir forgot about u give her a chance to expalin. if indeed she forgot let her know how much that hurt and u felt left out.your feeling do matter and she should know that.hopefully u can fix both realtionships. It was a day to celebrate the fact alil one be coming into the world so it is a time for joy not anger. Just be the bigger person and go about it in a friendly matter. Hope this helps.

thats a low blow she probably did that on purpose just to take the credit and the spotlight of having to plan the whole thing by herself she could of called you are you really that dumb sweetie all you have to do is buy a really nice gift for the baby and also a card saying you didnt mean to miss her special day better yet tell her the truth that the other girl never called you and you just dont know why because you was really looking forward to attending her special event but you got cheated out of it all because someone forgot to call or even remind you even on the day that it was approaching ...and leave it at that because techanically its NOT YOUR FAULT hope that this advice has helped in the near future keep your friendsclose but your enemies even closer this wayyou can always know what they are doing HINT... I think you dropped the ball. Since you were helping plan the shower, you should not have been expecting a formal invitation. She told you when and where, and is probably thinking that YOU stiffed HER!
I think it would be best if you phoned her to sort it out---if you value her friendship. Cause, at this point, she has probably written you off as a slacker.

No one bothered to give you an invite,so why bother yourself to say anything?Screw'em I say !! She should have called you. Can't plan it if you don't know when to get togeather TO plan it!
