It's impossible. Conjoined twins is when and egg splits in two and doesn't split all the way. Triplets is when more than one egg is released during ovulation and one splits. Or from fertility stuff when many many eggs are released. conjoined triplets can't happen

Molly B is wrong. Triplets can come from one egg, I am one. We are identical triplets. All three girls. It is possible, but highly unlikely.
