In my opinion, the fastest has got to be Leandro Barbosa of the Phoenix Suns. TJ Ford (Toronto), Tony Parker (San Antonio), Devin Harris (Dallas) and Allen Iverson (Philly) can also be considered.
Imagine a run-and-gun team comprising of Barbosa, Marcus Banks, Steve Nash, Shawn Marion and a healthy Amare Stoudemire. (I'm not a Suns fan by the way)
If that happens we'll all have to put our tubes on slow-mo.

no one really knows how fast a person is in the nba but if you time them maybe youll find your answer as far as im concerned i think the fastest NBA player is A.!. "The Answer"
