Strangely, when you complete the "Los Desperados" mission, the once Vagos-owned Varrios territory will be transferred to Bayside Port (north of San Fierro). Anyway, if it is not there in Bayside, you may have encountered a glitch. I wasn't able to achieve 100% & it must have happen when I went ahead and conquered every territory in the midst of an ongoing mission. Don't conquer the Vagos-owned Varrios 'hood territory until you complete Los Desperados.

Isn't it the one that you can't take over? Seriously I remember the game and there was the one territory that you couldn't seem to take over. It wasn't lit in the map as yellow and I think it said the Vargos had no territory and yet I didn't have 100% of the territory. I think it was where that one dude was from and I don't think you could get it because it was his and I guess since he was marrying your sister they just kinda called it united to yours.

Its probably a very small area and itll be even harder to start a gang war but i dont think its very crucial to take over all the terriotories
