While the population of America is about 80% Christian, the population in jail is also 80% Christian. However, although about 10% of Americas identify as atheist/agnostic/secular/nonreligions, only .1% of those in jail do.
So the question is, should religion be banned?

You can't ban secularism in the United States, as this nation was built on religious freedom. The term "religious freedom" implies the right to not attach everything to religion, and the right to not have a religion if one so chooses. Banning secularism, therefore, is just as unconstitutional as making an official, state, or national religion.
