is the term two-a-days only referring to football or can it be any sport? i'm so confused.

Any sport that you have two separate practices each day is considered a two-a-day.

TWO A DAYS is a term referring to football

it means having 2 practices in one day, usually a morning or afternoon

it is typically used during hell week, a week before the season starts where teams try thier hardest to get ready...

when i went to school it was only for football....it was in the late summer about a month before school started....hottest time of the year...maybe different now...but then only football
