It would really depend on why/how you lost the 10 lbs. Are you sick? If this is from a sickness you should consult your Dr. If not then you can try eating foods high in carbs. ie: rice, bread, macaroni. Also you may want to try exercising with free weights. Muscle weighs more. Good luck.
