If it's not base 10 or base e (natural log), you have to change the base yourself.

Example: graph y = log (base 6) x

If a = log base 6 of x, then 6^a = x

This means a log 6 = log x, and a would equal log x / log 6

So you enter into y1: log(x)/log(6)

Just like any other function. Enter the function on one of the "y=" lines (being sure to close the parentheses that open after you press "log" or "ln"). You may need to use the ZOOM feature or readjust your window (probably -1 to 10 on the x axis and about -10 to 100 on the y-axis) to see the whole graph.
