Yes, as long as you have someone 18 years or older with you, you can watch a Rated R movie. By the looks of it I can guess you haven't been to one. I hope you don't go see one with a lot of violence (like the departed.....it was good but damn! lol)

yes u will be....R just means u cant go and watch if u arent accompanied by some1 over 17 yrs old
however, u cant watch an NC-17 movie even if u were with ur parents (i dont know if u'd want to), b/c u must be 17 or older to watch...

You will be able to watch the movie as long as your parents are with you and don't leave the theater. They have to be watching it with you. (Such a drag, I want to see Jackass 2 WICKED bad)
