Fly in a plane with a completely wasted pilot or have a major surgical procedure with a completely wasted surgeon?

I'll take neither , I've just gone through 3 major surgery's on my back with the Dr. being sober and still have plenty of problems .
Okay now that I think about it more I'll take the wasted pilot .
