Well you can still go, but don't force yourself to do the actions that make it hurt. Otherwise, WHY NOT? LOL have fun! Wear a pad or a tampon. Aerobics actually stretch out the pain. It's actually good to go!

yes if you are not cramping to bad make sure you wear a tampon thou but yes you can remain active during your menstrating time just dont push to hard do only what you have to exerise is actually good for you during that time you can ever go swimmg as long as you use a tampon the pressure of the water reduces or may even stop your flow as long as you stay in the water so basically you can live an active life during this time

Yes, you can. Just make sure that you're protected from a mess. The exercise can actually help relieve cramping. Moderate to excesive exercise can actually even make you skip periods, but I don't recommend it.
