Is the added Nyko or Pelican fan worth the added noise? They say they add life to your system by keeping it cool... Are they really that noisy? Any one have(or had) one that can testify about it???

Well my xbox would get really hot at times so i decided to purchase one. Before I bought the fan my 360 would sometimes freeze while I'm playing games and when i took out my games they were really hot. Once i installed the fan to the 360 i saw that it improved in performance and my games didn't freeze anymore( well the 360 froze a couple of times, but it doesn't freeze as frequent as it did before.) I would recommend it. It's only 20 bucks and will keep your xbox 360 alive longer.
oh and by the way, it is a little noisy, but right when you get into your game you wont even notice the sound of the fan anymore.

The fan is useless. They are selling it based on your fears about the first batch of 360's. The first batch of 360's had overheating problems. The later versions don't have that problem.

i've got no longer continually been the form of individual who buys non-obligatory stuff to reinforce a console. yet i assume in case you have the money, you may besides. you may save the money for the recent video games being released in November.

i don't have an Xbox 360.... but if you did do anything, I'd Go With Pelican software.... DON"T TRUST MADCATS!
