Are you more creative when you're happy or when you're sad. Specifically it's creative thoughts that I'm talking about, not the creative actions. Thanks

I'm more creative when I'm sad because happiness takes away from my concentration... I mean, I'll produce great stuff if I feel down and need a little cheering up... My writing usually does that.

As far as my writing goes, I usually do better when it's about heartbreak. Other than that, I'm always being creative to one degree or another all the time.

my moods do not dictate the amount of creations i bring into existence...or the quality...merely a reflection of joy or sadness...

generally people will say "sad," due to the fact that complaining is accomplished without much original thought
