Don't quit your job until you get a new one.
Not having a job looks really bad on resumes and in interviews.

Depends on how long you've been at your job...job hoppers (more than 2 jobs in 5 years) are considered a liability to companies so you are less likely to get hired somewhere else.

On the other hand, if your part of the key management or executive level, and you have been head hunted (sought out by other companies), it's worth going on interviews to see what they are willing to pay.

Hell Yeah. Life is too short to be stressed out and having to deal with biatches and a**holes. But before you quit, make sure that you have another job.

Yes - if you hate your job then there is no gain for staying. Even if you make more money now than you would in a new job. If you have fun then you are good and you will make more money soon anyways. If you are unhappy it is noticed and work gets bad and it ends with a catastrophe anyways.

So - polish up your resume and apply for cool jobs, interview and score something cool.

Absolutely check out interviews/new jobs. Just dont leave until you have a new job in place, and make sure and give 2 weeks notice. That's how responsible adults handle it! :-)

I think you should look for a better job. If you are not happy with the situation, it will only get worse until you do something to fix it. But stick with it until you have another place to go.

Don't quit, just piss in the coffee when you have the start date for your new job. Or take a dump in the urinal (that one's always good)

If you find a high paying job that isn't stressful, let me know! LOL

If your not happy. I would look for something else. It's not worth being upset all the time and ruining your health.
