its -2x-4

multiply - to (2x+4)


u will get -2x - 4


the 4 in -2x -4 became negative coz positive multiplied by negative is negative


oh and remember when multiplying negative numbers
negative mutiplied by negative is positive

and another thing to remember is
if u see a - (negative sign) and without any nubers next to it example -(2x+4) it is understood that the value of negative is equal to 1.

distribute the negitive like this -1(2x+4)= -2x+ -4 or it can be written as -2x-4 both ways are correct
