why is sex so misused in relationships where two people are not commit ed i marriage.?

I have seen a lot of girls and guys get hurt physically and emotionally hurt

Misuse of sex does hurt. Sometimes one person get too attached to the other ending up getting hurt. I think that women get hurt most; because I am a woman and have been hurt. The man I had sex with could care less about my feelings. It is a false sense of caring.
